- The journal accepts for publication articles that have not been published before. Not earlier than one year after the publication of an article in our journal, the author may publish this text or its fragments in other publications.
- The article should have scientific novelty, reflect the main results of the author's research, correspond to the general direction of the journal and be interesting to a wide range of the Russian scientific community.
- The journal is categorically against illegitimate borrowings, manipulation of citation and falsification / fabrication of data. The author of the manuscript bears full responsibility for its content and is obliged not to make changes in the manuscript aimed at bypassing the algorithms of systems for checking for illegitimate borrowings. In this regard, the reason for refusal to consider the article is the artificial increase in the percentage of originality identified by the editorial board (masking of borrowings, generated text).
- The article may contain (if necessary) a minimum of tables, formulas and graphic dependencies. The article must be completed with a conclusion (conclusions). All abbreviations and scientific terms should be disclosed. Do not abuse Internet sources. When using them, it is necessary to give references in accordance with the rules for designing the bibliographic apparatus of scientific articles.
- In the structure of the article, it is necessary to exclude the names of the following headings: introduction, purpose, objectives, methods, relevance, main results of the study, obtained results of the study, conclusion — this design is incorrect in our journal and serves as a reason for refusing to consider and publish the submitted material.

The list of literature is located at the end of the article in alphabetical order, bibliographic descriptions in the list are drawn up in accordance with GOST 7.05–2008, references in the text of the article are given in square brackets.
